Shipping Policy

We are committed to getting your orders to you safely, discreetly, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

Direct-purchase wellness products are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation. Prescription orders are fulfilled by a licensed compounding pharmacy and may require additional processing time of 3-5 business days after provider approval. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We ship via standard and expedited carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Delivery estimates depend on your location and selected shipping method. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-7 business days after dispatch. Expedited options are available at checkout when applicable.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. No reference to Ways2Thrive or the nature of the contents appears on the outside of any package. Your privacy is a top priority throughout the fulfillment process.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time. Prescription medications are shipped in compliance with applicable state pharmacy laws; availability may vary depending on your state of residence and provider licensure.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Certain peptide products and compounded medications require temperature-controlled shipping. Where required, your order will be shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging (ice packs or dry ice) to ensure product integrity upon arrival. Store your products as directed upon receipt.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply. Prescription medications returned due to an incorrect address may not be eligible for reshipment per pharmacy regulations.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility first. Contact us at info@ways2thrive.com within 7 days of the reported delivery date and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
