Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience at Ways to Thrive. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Direct-Purchase Wellness Products

For non-prescription wellness products purchased directly through our online store (including NAD+, Glutathione, B12, and PT-141), we offer a 30-day satisfaction window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned unused, in their original sealed packaging.

To initiate a return, email us at info@ways2thrive.com with your order confirmation number and the reason for your return. We will provide return shipping instructions within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product.

Prescription Medications and Compounded Products

Prescription medications, including GLP-1 medications (Tirzepatide, Semaglutide) and any compound dispensed by a licensed pharmacy under a valid prescription, cannot be returned or refunded once they have been shipped. This policy is required by state and federal pharmacy regulations, which prohibit the return of dispensed controlled or compounded medications for resale or reuse.

If you believe your prescription order was dispensed in error or arrived damaged, contact us immediately at info@ways2thrive.com and we will work with the dispensing pharmacy to resolve the issue.

Consultation Fees

Telehealth consultation fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once a consultation has been conducted by a licensed provider, regardless of the outcome of the prescription decision.

  • Prescription medications once dispensed and shipped
  • Opened or used wellness products
  • Consultation fees once the consultation has occurred
  • Shipping and handling charges

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
